Khao Lak

Khao Lak is a coastal town around 1 hour north of Phuket International Airport. It is famous for its long white sandy beaches, beautiful jungles with many hiking trails and waterfalls and not least for the famous Similan Islands.

It has been the gateway to the Similan and Surin Islands and many  Scuba Daytrips and Liveaboards depart from the port of Tap Lamu just a few minutes south of Khao Lak.

Khao Lak is also a good starting point for trips to the Khao Sok National Park and the Phang Nga Bay area.

Ideal location for scuba divers as the main port for all scuba daytrips is just a short drive away.
We are affiliated with Sea Bees Diving who have their dive center right in the resort and even conduct their beginner courses in the pool and classrooms.
If you are a scuba diver we are your ideal choice!

Khao Lak is surrounded by lush mountains and jungle. You can find many hiking trails, waterfalls and quiet beaches within a short distance from the resort. Daytrips are possible to nearby islands and Khao Sok Nationalpark.

If you are keen on exploring the area on your own, yet prefer a quiet location than we are perfectly located. You can easily rent a scooter and explore the surrounding area on your own. Our staff will be more than happy to point you in the right direction and give you insider tips.
